Last Friday on August 5th, 2016 DHSP and DCS had their first rally of the year. There was a race that each den competed in.The dens were the Siberians lead by Ms.T, Coach Williams, and Mrs.Ramirez. Den 2 was Sumatran, lead by MS.Rodieck, Ms.Pelaez, and Ms.Zoe. Then there are the Malayans and their leaders are Mrs.Beckner, Coach Penirian, and last but not least Ms.Langston. Finally there was Den 4 the Bengals, lead by Ms.Zaca, Coach Lopez, and last but also not least Mrs.Dominguez.
All the den leaders from each den had to compete in a series of events starting with a three-legged race with two den leaders that race to the third den leader. The two leaders are then blind folded and the third one guides the one closest to them that is throwing the water balloon into the bucket on the other blind folded den leader with the bucket on their head. The first one to get the water balloon in the bucket went to the next challenge, which was eating a donut with no hands while the other den leader holds a plate under them. Then the last competition is where they used a hula hoop to get across the finish line and win.
Now the following is the den placing: Siberian, Bengal, Sumatran, and Malayan. The prizes were first place received 4,000 points, second received 3,000 points, third received 2,000 points, and fourth received 1,000 points. Well that was our first rally for DHSP and DCS.
